Male figure standing on a wedge-shaped base. He wears a lotus-like crown. There is a round object (drum?) suspended from his neck. He holds two sticks resting on the object. Polychrome paint is in layers. Hole in band runs down between legs and hole in base.
History Of Use
Drummer figure commonly found in western India on windows or door frames. Drum suspended around neck is played with sticks held downward.
