Artiodactyl metacarpal ground and polished to an awl. 11/02/98 D. Bradley.
The awl has broken into three pieces because of improper housing. The tip broke off and another piece splintered off of the shaft. KJG 05/21/1999
Ulna awl with point broken. Two pieces of scotch tape on ground portion of awl. Only portions of one piece of tape are still adhered to surface.
