Description
Cleaver-shaped ground slate knife with a perforated hole at the centre. Sharpened on both sides of lower edge. The grey stone has white marbling on the top of one side.
Narrative
The documentation from the Sisters of Saint Ann Museum says this was collected by Agnes Dean Cameron and acquired by them in 1938; previous provenance unknown; possibly from northern Canada?
