Ritual Mask Item Number: 2523/1 from the MOA: University of British Columbia
Description
Oval-shaped ritual mask with a hole for a mouth and overhanging white eye lids. There is a white and black stripe bordering red parts of the mask. At the peak of a projection is a large, red teardrop-shaped piece. It is outlined in black and white. Attached around the rim of the mask are long, hair-like fibres.

Purchased by collector at the Himford Farea Museum, Port Vila, Efate Island, Vanuatu.
