Description
Paper hand fan with a bifurcated bamboo handle, bamboo ribs, a flaring trapezoid-shape, and brown trim. One side of the fan features a design with eyebrows, eyes and mouth forms printed in blue, black, and red, with black characters to one side. A short length of white cord is attached to the handle.
