Description

Rectangular shaped dish with flared sides. Shorter sides a convex, and longer sides are concave. Opposite ends have beaver head and tail carved as design; opposite sides have beaver sides as design.

Narrative

Purchased by Meade from Mrs. A.F. MacFarlane, who was housekeeper to the Gold Commisioner in Prince Rupert, circa 1900. He collected these items and she later acquired them.
