Behind them is a blue seascape with green mountains; the sky is grey. The black characters in each upper left corner are their names,沢村訥升 (Sawamura Tosshō),on the left and 瀬川菊之丞 (Segawa Kikunojō) on the right. The artist name Ichiyūsai Kuniyoshi (国芳一勇齊) in black characters is at the bottom of each print, with a rectangular black seal with the publisher’s name, and red circular seals. The print is made of two vertically rectangular parts, creating a horizontally rectangular image overall.
