Description

Carved wooden snow goggles contoured to fit the face. The narrow eye slits are blackened on the inside. The braided sinew strap is attached on each side. Tag attached.

History Of Use

Goggles were worn to reduce the glare from snow and ice, and to prevent snow blindness. They are usually made from wood.
