Description

Light brown leather belt with a light weight silver buckle. Dark brown narrow band at buckle to hold the pointed end of the belt down. The length of the belt is decorated by an angled 'x' design, pressed into it. There are sixteen notch holes.

History Of Use

A leather belt was often used for holding up heavy aprons (ponchitos). The belt would replace a banda or sash.
