Description
Scrolled painting of a girl and two willow trees. Green design on girl's kimono; basket in hand on left. Red signature in lower corner on right. Bands of silk at upper and lower edges have red and gold floral design. Painting mounted on black paper; two uncovered thin strips at upper and lower edge. Half round wooden dowel at top has black and white braided ribbon attached with metal eyes. Lacquered wooden cylinder at bottom. Strip of calligraphy glued to back upper edge.

Part of the Miss Jessie M. Miller Collection. Miss Miller was a teaching evangelist for the Anglican Church of Canada.
