Description

Rectangular badge with a bird, symbols and surrounding border in metallic thread. The bird is a silver pheasant, denoting a civil fifth rank official. The pheasant is white with a blue crest and five scalloped tail feathers. It is in the centre, standing on one leg and facing left with head raised. The background is filled with blue and green clouds and gold scrollwork. Amidst the background, the pheasant is surrounded by symbols.
