Description
Black seal skin, fur removed except at front paws, nails cut. Wood and bone stopper at neck, handle(?) wrapped with skin tie at opposite end. Natural oils on surface.

Part of the Northwest Territories Pavilion at Expo '86 in Vancouver, BC. The NWT government donated the kayak, paddle, harpoon, frame and float to MOA following Expo '86, after the kayak was launched in False Creek on August 2 during Baffin Island month
