Rectangular textile sample of off-white coloured cloth; surface is slightly corrugated.
Narrative
This set of textiles from Ixtahuacan (Sa440-448) was commissioned in the community in 2001 and collected in 2002. The women who took responsibility for making the clothing normally weave together as a small cooperative. All except one are widows who weave to support their families. All the weavers are related to Dona Maria Ordonez Ortiz.
