This object is on loan to the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center, from 2010 through 2027. Paddle 1 of 2 (also called E72675A) only is on loan to AMRC. The paddles have wide grips and pointed tips. With a full complement of paddlers (up to eight men and women) Haida canoes were swift and maneuverable. After contact with European traders, the Haida added sails to their boats.
