HOLLOWED OUT OF A SINGLE PIECE OF WOOD CA. 2 INCHES THICKNESS, WITH A GROOVE CUT JUST INSIDE THE LIP AREA FOR THE INSERTION OF SEPARATELY CARVED ROWS OF WOODEN TEETH, ONLY PART OF THOSE ON THE LOWER JAW LEFT (AS OF 1954).
