An elaborate wood carving with a central figure standing with the right leg crossed over the other and two smaller robed figures standing straight at the sides of the doorway. The sides of the doorway are carved with a spiral floral design and an angel at the top of either sides with negative space all around. An animal head is at the top centre of the doorway. The top and the base are carved with geometric designs in relief.
Donor said it was one of a pair given to her by a dealer in London c. 1960. Possibly from the mid-1800s?
