The body has distinguishable feathers on the wings underneath the head, a large tail feather, and a foot with long sharp black talons. There is a yellow, black and white eye design attached to the talons. Three smaller eagle images with yellow hooked beaks are on the top of the larger eagle face, on the top of the wing, and on the top of the tail feather.
