Heavy rectangular lightbox with "Enjoy Coast Salish Territory" printed in red and white, on a duratrans sheet, imitating the Coca-Cola label style. Framed in painted white wood; glass front. On/off switch and white electrical cord at base. Fluorescent light tubes and electrical elements inside. Signed on back.

The artist states: “Coke Salish uses the iconic pop-cultural script to illustrate the fact that everyone in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland inhabits the traditional territory of the Coast Salish people. It pays homage to the people whose land we live on, and through a tongue-in-cheek political statement, helps people understand the territorial issues today.”
