An off-white skin hat that has a long bristle-like red tassel at one end and is painted with human faces and animals with bark and yarn decoration. The top of the hat has a central green turtle outlined by red with an inward pointing triangle at either end and a black line that has green diagonal lines at either side. Under the tassel, around the side, there is a human face that has tapering oval red in black eyes with black brows above that have red lashes, a light blue nose, and a tapering oval red in black mouth.
