Description
Black pleated skirt (part a). The skirt has a wide waist band with loops at both ends. Tiny pleats are gathered into the waistband. A thin purple and red ribbon is sewn on the lower half. The inside is unlined.
Long narrow woven band (part b). The band has broken and solid tan lines on a dark blue ground. At one end the strands are unwoven, twisted and knotted.
