Description

Carved wooden figure seated on remains of a chair. Female figure sits upright, right arm bent at elbow, holding a ridged orb with a horizontal line carved around the middle. Stool is short and round with slats at the back and the remains of a backrest on the protruding buttocks. Half a ball with a raised circle around it protrudes from narrow stomach underneath large pointed breasts. Long round neck decorated with raised necklace. Head is narrow with small wide lips, flat nose, and ears flattened against head. Eyes are open with carved pupils and darkened irises, with three lines carved under each eye. Tall thin headdress forms an arch on top of head. Vertical bars meet a center band spanning the length of headdress. Horizontal bands are carved into scalp with a vertical band connecting to headdress.
