Description

Rectangular, beige textile (part a) with a wide band of embroidery on each end and short tassels. Evenly space along the edges, four on each side, are groups of five embroidered designs in red and blue. Faint bands of light beige lines run through the fabric horizontally. Textile fragment (part b), the end of a rectangular, beige textile with embroidery and short tassels. The embroidery design is a repeating m or w-shape in blue, which creates two triangles, from centre up to the sides. The v-shape is bordered by red embroidered flowers, and four red matching m or w-shape designs are at centre. A thin border runs across the bottom before the tassels. Textile (part c) has been reworked into a blouse front, and backed with blue fabric.
