Off-white woolen scarf with multi-coloured designs. Has twisted fringe along right edge. Both left and right sides have a geometric border woven in maroon, dark green, sky blue, dark blue and dark orange. Designs woven along entire scarf in repeating rows of two and three. Designs are mix of flowers, crosses, diamonds, star-like shapes and butterfly-like shapes. Done in dark green, maroon, dark yellow, neon orange, light green, sky blue, dark blue, dark orange and pale yellow.
Made for Brian Zapf by the King's royal tailor when he was a teacher in Bhutan in the 1970s.
