Description

Wooden four-legged animal figure in a standing position. Animal is carved from multiple pieces of wood; all components are painted dark blue. Head and body are one piece. Legs, tail and ears are separate. Legs are nailed to body. Ears and tail are inset and secured with glue. Mouth is incised, eyes and nostrils painted on face. Eyes are painted white with light yellow irises, mouth and nostrils done in black. Front bottom edges of legs are also painted black, imitating hooves. Ears, body, legs and tail decorated with white spots. Manufacturer's mark on base.
