Description

Vase-like beer basket (part a) with lid (part b). Basket has a circular opening that gently flares into a rounded body. Plain line outlines the circular base. Sides decorated with four, evenly spaced, columns of connected diamonds. To the left of the columns are braided strands, made of dyed and natural palm leaves. Lid has an extended lip and slanted interior ridge, that fits into the container body. Button knob on top centre of lid. Three small triangle designs extend inward from rim. Patterns on both components are visible on interior and exterior. Both components are golden brown, designs done in dark brown.
