Description
Painting on paper of six decorated oval shapes; done in two rows of three. Designs inside ovals are (from left to right, top to bottom): thunderbird, raven, eagle, owl, seagull, and Canada goose. Negative spaces inside thunderbird, eagle and seagull ovals are filled with coloured dashes; mix of dashes and empty space inside raven and Canada goose ovals. Space surrounding owl is blank. All bird motifs are made up of formline design elements; done in black, teal, gold, dark green, red, lime green, light blue, and light green. Series number, no. 16, title and artist signature written along bottom edge; names of designs written underneath ovals.
