Large red decorative hat made from a gourd. Painted and lacquered(?). The exterior is painted with the same panel as the interior, but upsidedown - repeating designs of white swans, trees, large round blue boulders(?), all decorated with small white dots. On the top of the convex part is a blue pigeon-like bird in profile. Signed in yellow, Faviola. Below, bands of blue and green, both marked with white x's and two stacked short horizontal lines, and then a thin solid golden yellow line. At the bottom of the hat is a large grey dove-like bird on water.
