Small cream-coloured vest with front opening; secured with two hook and eye closures. Wide band of green velvet trims the neck and front openings, and front and side bottom edges; trim is bordered with wavy red ribbons. Trim along front opening is embroidered with floral and heart motifs; done in red, pink, dark blue, white, and orange. Overtop hook and eye closures are dark blue stripes with fringe, which are decorated with painted buttons and curvilinear embroidery. Vest has two flap pockets on either side; right is functional, left is decorative. Interior is lined with plain fabric.

Owned by the donor's grandmother; possibly brought to Canada when she immigrated in 1924.
