Short woman's blouse (salow) with long sleeves and tall collar; made of velvet-like fabric. Dark purple blouse has front opening, bordered with dark red band; arms trimmed with orange band at shoulder and yellow at cuff. Metal discs decorate sides of front opening, with additional rows on orange shoulder bands. Rows have coloured yarn in between them; yellow and white beaded fringe along bottom edge of shoulder decorations. Silver bells attached to white beads, and strands of coloured yarn attached to yellow. Two lines of metal discs along back, towards bottom edge of blouse.
