Ground adze; cream coloured; dent on ventral surface; chip TL; bevelled edges; detatchment scar on one lateral edge

bifacially ground and polished axe fashioned from cream coloured nephrite; rectangular cross-section with bevelled lateral edges; longitudinal grooves on one lateral edge on either side of snap to detach adze from parent material (poss. rejuvenation of damaged tool?); bit lightly bevelled on dorsal and ventral surfaces; proximal end damaged, probably from being struck with hammerstone or maul
