ground stone tool fragment; tan with dark green mottling; groove on one edge; fractured on both ends
Notes
bifacially ground and polished tool frag fashioned from grey coloured nephrite; plano-convex cross-section with bevelled lateral edges; longitudinal grooves on one lateral edge on either side of snap to detach adze from parent material; midsection fragment; proximal and distal ends missing; very narrow; may be portion removed to rejuvenate tool, as opposed to a tool itself
