Stylized anumal, human and geometric designs in purple on a white ground with pink stripe borders. Braided fringe, tied at end.
Geometric patterns in white alternating with horizontal stripes. Green stripe through center. Red, yellow, green stripes, all on a black ground.
Sash with white stylized animal, bird, tree, and human forms on a red ground. The border is composed of bands of dotted blue and green on red with an inner line of orange and an outer line of off-white. The inscription, "juaquenhoailpa 1947," is woven into the sash. One end is fringed, and the other consists of a thick multicoloured cord that has been sewn together to form a design with multicoloured tassels at the ends.
Spindles (parts e-g) consisting of thin pieces of wood, pointed at each end. All parts have a small, decorative whorl. Part e has a yellow, red and white stripe design on either side of a mushroom shaped whorl. The whorl is black with a white and yellow circular design on top as well as a red circular and white and yellow diamond shape design on the bottom. Part f has a black painted section on either side of a spherical shape whorl detailed with black and red stripes. Part g has dark and light brown cotton thread wrapped around either side of a cylindrical shaped whorl. The whorl is decorated with a green, orange and white stylized human head wearing a headdress.
Typical tea-pot shape (without lid). Yellowish clay with traces of brown glaze (rather varnish-like).
Red clay sherd, triangular in shape, with a red slip. The pottery fragment has an animal-like head in profile with a mouth, snout, eyes, ears and a crest-like structure on the head that helps to form a small opening that increases in size at the neck of the figure.
Rounded shape with a loop handle over the top, a spout on one side and a flared neck on the other side. Dark blue green colour.
Squat jar with handles on both sides. Very pronounced shoulder and neck. There is a brown varnish-like glaze.
Small, guitar-like instrument with a rounded back covered by a full armadillo pelt (head included). Body is carved from light brown wood, with ten sinew strings laid over a dark brown wooden neck with brass frets and a wooden nut. A peanut-shaped headstock holds ten machine heads--one of which is missing--which protrude from the back.
Inside has a grey bird with green foliage and blue water, and a blue border on red ground. Outside has flowers and the name "Rosalia" on black ground with the same blue border and red around the rim.
