Paper offering composed of a piece of off-white paper with an image depicting a four-legged spotted animal, a bearded male figure with a staff, plant and geometric motifs as well as Chinese characters inside a border of stylized flowers with a scroll at the top that is divided in three, each cell containing a Chinese character; superimposed over the image is a square of foil that has been painted (?) over with orange to make it appear gold. The central piece of paper is flanked by two pieces of rectangular beige paper, and all three pieces are folded over a piece of brown paper. Slight overall dish shape.

There is a large red seal at the centre top. The painting has a cream-coloured border of patterned fabric. There is a semi-cylindrical rod at the top with a yellow cord bound by metal wire and cream-coloured fabric. There is a brown wood cylindrical rod weight at the bottom.

The painting has a cream-coloured border of patterned silk fabric. There is a semi-cylindrical rod at the top with a red cord bound by metal wire and brown fabric with a white fabric ribbon. There is a cylindrical rod weight at the bottom covered with turquoise, red, blue, and orange patterned fabric.
Calligraphy on rolled paper. Seven large black Chinese characters. The calligraphy has a light green fabric border. There is a semi-cylindrical rod at the top with a white ribbon bound by metal wire. There is a cylindrical rod weight at the bottom covered with brown geometric patterned fabric on grey.
The head of a doll (see record for 1057/8 for the doll body shown in image). The face is painted pink with grey eyebrows, black diagonal eyes, and a red mouth. The hairline is painted black. The elaborate yellow and gold-coloured headdress is decorated with orange tassels at either sides. There is a metal hook at the bottom of the neck.

The main design at the top is consisting of a central large oval-shaped cut circular glass (?) piece surrounded by eleven clear cut circular glass (?) pieces. Chinese opera hair ornaments most likely from the 1920's.
Two (parts a-b) ornamental pieces that are made of clear cut circular glass (?) pieces attached with metal. Each piece has a short thin flat rod with a point at the bottom end and a flower shape at the top with one central clear cut circular glass (?) piece surrounded by six others around the inner perimeter, twelve more around the middle perimeter, and seventeen more around the outer perimeter. Chinese opera hair ornaments most likely from the 1920's.
An earring made of cut circular glass pieces attached with metal. From the top hook, there is a flower shape made out of one central red cut circular glass (?) piece surrounded by six clear ones. Below this flower, there is a small diamond shape made out of four clear cut circular glass (?) pieces. From this small diamond shape, there is a larger diamond shape made out of one central light green cut circular glass (?) piece surrounded by eight clear ones. Underneath this larger diamond shape, there is a design consisting of a central red cut circular glass (?) piece surrounded by twenty clear ones creating 'arms' with an arch above and two separate dangling pieces at the bottom corners. At the end of each 'arm', there is a hook. Chinese opera accessory most likely from the 1920's.
A pair of baby shoes. Each shoe is red, bordered along the top with black. The toe area is decorated with a face. The eyes are made of black fabric circles over white tear-drop shapes with a white bead for a pupil underneath a green sequin and outlined with silver-coloured thread (?). The eyebrows are white fluffy feathers which the cheek areas also have, but in light yellow. The nose is yellow outlined with gold-coloured thread (?). The ears are pinched yellow fabric decorated with two sequins, radiating brown thread lines, and outlined with gold-coloured thread (?) over brown fabric. There is a base for the shoe. The inside is made of pink fabric.
