Around the neck, side opening and bottom hem is a green border with a dark blue band and endless knot trim. The damask is woven containing the Taoist symbols of the Eight Immortals. The inside is unlined.

A gold-painted paper mache helmet with a visor. Helmet has relief decoration of spirals. Decorated with pink, purple-pink, orange, and grey with blue spotted pom poms. The visor also has pom poms, many of which are similar to the helmet. The visor is decorated with paper cut-outs of butterflies and dragon heads. There is one back panel consisting of white fabric with green fabric attached at the bottom, and with red fabric along each side. There are fourteen circular mirror pieces decorating the back panel.

Metal hair tongs with d-shaped handles. The two tong parts are different; one has three metal rods in a plane that is perpendicular to that of the handles and the other has two metal rods, also in a perpendicular plane; the two rods fit through the two spaces formed by the three rods of the first part.

Opera hat made of paper covered in black velvet. The hat is in two parts, the front is domed with a semicircular groove at the top, and the back is domed with a nearly flat front surface and rises above the front piece. The two pieces are hinged together with a leather strip across the seam, and there is a rope tie on both sides at the bottom rear of the front piece. A piece of black ribbon runs down the front of the back piece. There are two black sockets, one on either side, and there is also one socket at the bottom rear.

A dark grey metal wig stand that has a flat square base with a ring attached to one side edge of the rim. The base supports a funnel-like cone-shaped stand that is cylindrical around the bottom. Tall rhinestone crown-like metal headdress with multicoloured, twined, thread ties at the back. Ten clusters of rhinestones mounted on springs are evenly spaced along the top of the headdress.
