Bolster cover with square green ends connected by red fabric roll. The fabric roll has an opening in the top for bolster insertion. The square ends are covered with green damask silk containing a floral motif and an embroidered red square. The red square has floral, Buddha's hand citron, peach, pomegrante, insect, and butterfly motifs and sequins.

Towards the ends are bat motifs holding a ruyi sceptre and scroll. In the corners are floral and leaf motifs. The ends are black with a band of cream trim with a purple-green bird motif. The back is lined with blue silk.

Within the top rectangle are three red appliqué circles; in the centre is writing in Chinese characters; in the bottom rectangles are floral, frog and crab motifs. The back is lined with white cotton.
