A tiara headdress made of inlaid light blue kingfisher feathers outlined with metal and having three round pink stones evenly spaced. The main design is consisting of a central floral motif with a peacock on either side, then a deer, foliage, and a heron on either end.

On the edges of the skirt are thick black borders with lotus, circular gold ornament and scroll motifs in gold, white, light and dark blue. On the edges of the pleats are black borders. On the front and back are square sections with peony, butterfly and fish motifs in red, yellow, blue, green and white on red ground. Scattered on the lower half of the skirt are peony, leaf and butterfly motifs. The inside is lined with a red damask containing a floral and zigzag pattern.
