Plain white valance with black embroidery of three large squares and four small around center one. Center shows person on horse and other people surrounded by flowers, fruit, vines, leaves. Square on right side shows two figures seated on either side of table, two standing and one kneeling. Fruit, flowers and vines surround. Square on left side shows two larger figures standing with a large vase or urn at center with flower on it. Small alter table in lower left corner with small figure, other figures near top of square. Flowers, fruit, vines surround. Swastikas and crosses are design elements in all three squares. Two small squares at left of flowers and fruit. The other two show a person in a building at top, and the lower shows a face above a pot. Bordered on all three sides with solid black strip.

Pink silk background with embroidery of two green, blue, yellow, and pink pomegranates and flowers, leaves and branches with two birds and flower in between. Next to this is repeated row of flowers and leaves on a black line. Beside this are alternating green and blue bats and Chinese symbols in a row, and next to edge is row of green flowers.

Pink silk cloth embroidered with white, blue, pink, red and brown butterflies, pink and blue flowers, and green leaves on half of front; and on the other, a double repeating band of white and purple flowers on a black line, with flowers, leaves, butterflies, and encircled flowers in its centre. Alternating green bats and black symbols on side near edge. Green border near pink fringe.

Plain white cloth with blue embroidery. five butterflies at center flanked by scene unfinished flowers, leaves and insect. Towards ends are unfinished butterflies and flowers. Border along bottom of insects, moths, butterflies, birds and circles with flowers and butterlies. Embroidered hem on all three sides.

Kidney shaped purse with two sets of blue twine attached at the opening acting as a drawstring. Also attached at the opening is teal twine with metal knots connected to four, teal silk thread tassels. The purse has an embroidered body with a floral and geometric motif in blue, dark blue, green, light purple, pink, purple and black. Pictured in the centre is a large, blue narcissus. The top has a small rectangular opening made of black silk fabric pleated together to make a fan-like shape. Both sides are identical.

Purple silk mittens (parts a-b) with a rounded end and a rectangular shaped body and opening. The top is decorated with a cat’s head outlined in green and white with embroider detailing of black eyebrows, green eyes, blue heart shaped nose and pink mouth. The underside has a large, circular hole, edge in black, exposing the inner red lining.

The first piece has goldfish, lotus motifs and the second has bird, bat motifs, both on cream ground. The third piece is the shape of a butterfly with an orchid motif and patterns. The fourth piece has butterfly motifs and figures. The last piece has figures in a garden scene. The back lining is brown silk.
