A silk-screen print of Twin Thunderbirds that is based on a Coast Salish spindle whorl design. The print is black, and is dated 05/81. The print is by Susan A. Sparrow (her married name is Pointe), who is a Coast Salish artist. She was recently commissioned to produce a series of banners by Vancouver International Airport which hang in the check-in hall. The print was purchased at the Coqueleetza Native Art Shop in Chilliwack which is run by the Sto' lo Nation. The print cost 54 Canadian dollars; Good

A wooden spindle whorl with carvings on one side of ?thunderbirds and ?salmon. There is also the spindle which appears to have been added at a much later date, perhaps in order to display the whorl.; Good

Rattle made from mountain-sheep horn with an incised design and strands of mountain goat wool cascading from the sides. As Emmons writes, On one side is shown in full front face of the Thunderbird, very human, but the bird view indicated by the mouth on each side the two profiles. On the other side the double profile of the Thunderbird in the middle. Good

Large open dish in the shape of a beaver with projecting head and tail, and stands on four sturdy legs. The eyes are made from blue glass beads, the nostrils from smaller white beads, and the mouth has a red tongue. The body of the beaver is painted dark brownish red, and the tail has been textured with dents.; Good

Rectangular basket with lid and strap. The decoration on the basket is made from dyed straw, and has the initials C.H.P on one side. The strap is red and green, made from wool, and has leather strips attaching it to the basket. European influenced.; Good

Round bucket shaped basket with handle. There are rings of orange, purple and cream decorating the basket, the handle is plaited with orange and brown grass.; Good
