You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

Highly polished bone awl, cylindrical in shape, tapered and pointed at one end, broken at the other.
Long, triangular shaped, three sided, bone awl with a tapered, pointed tip and broken, square shaped end.
Large loosely-woven wool blanket with fringe. There are three strips woven across the blanket width, predominantly brown. A large fringe hangs from the bottom edge of the blanket.
Rectangular tan basket (part a) of simple interlocking coiled work with bifurcated stitches, and parallel slat base and lid (part b) construction. Indented slat flange on the basket body, and a single splint around the lid. Basket appears to have had handles. Decorated with imbrication and beading. Top of the lid is beaded in connected zigzag pattern in red cherry bark while the sides have checkerboard designs in black-dyed cherry bark. The body of the basket has a series of six figures in black with cat-tail grass interiors. Figures have the appearance of figure-eights with cross like shapes in each. There are two on each side and one on each end.
Dome-shaped, double-woven basketry hat. The warps and wefts are made from red cedar bark. A square at the top of the hat is done in a checkerboard plaiting and is outlined with double strand twining. The warps are then split and the twining becomes much finer. There are a few rows near the top which are accented with triple strand twining. This technique is also used near the bottom rim. The inside of the hat is also woven using twining, but the wefts and warps are larger in size. The checker work area near the top is outlined with a yellow grass-like material. There is a hat band attached to the interior lining.

Green, ground stone tool with a flattened, circular head with biconical perforation attached to a conical shaped shaft that tapers to a rounded point.
Fragment of a zoomorphic soapstone bowl with head and forelegs, possibly representing a bear.
Pipe stem. Fragment of a clay pipe, cylindrical in shape with narrow, central perforation.
Short, flat, dark brown wood bow in cross-section: flat on one side and convex on the other side. Slightly curved at the ends with diamond-shaped tips to form notches for the bowstring. One burned stripe on either end (presumably as a result of heating to make a curve).
