Soles are flat, rounded at toes and heel; centre of insole is dark brown, edges and sole are black. Straps are red leather and have patterned bands across surfaces. Pattern alternates between rectangles with red and orange stripes and checkers, and blue rectangles with repeating gold hourglass-like shapes. Section of strap holding tip of V to insole is plain leather; plain leather tie secured to V with white and red knob.

Gold dome-shaped hat with black decorative band around sides. Band has a central ladder design, framed on either side by alternating patterns. Designs alternate between checked rectangles, and vertical arrows with “U” shapes and horizontal bars overtop; vertical lines on either side of arrows. Designs on band are done in gold; interior of hat is unlined.

Soles are flat, rounded at toes and heels; “X”’s incised along edges of rounded sections of insoles. Straps are beige leather and have patterned bands across surfaces. Patterns consist of: triangles and zigzags, thin and thick stripes, checkered bands, and diagonal stripes. Designs done in dark blue, gold, white, dark red, and green.

Designs in rectangles alternate between stripes and vertical arrows with horizontal bars. Designs on band are done in red; interior of hat is unlined.

Clay mortar, or bowl (part a), with a wooden pestle (part b). The bowl's inside surface is black and covered in a linear pattern: two crossed lines, with numerous concentric connecting lines running between the crossed lines. The clay has a dark stain over the upper surface and edge. The underside is unglazed or stained; the clay appears as a mottled pattern in brown and black. The pestle is hourglass shaped and made of plain light brown wood. There are two incised lines around the centre. (Note: one section at the rim of the bowl was broken and repaired.)
