The yellow-brown face has circular cut out hole eyes outlined by black and surrounded by a plain tapering oval from which black-pianted eyelashes radiate with black brows above. The nostrils and the mouth are red. The black hairline is outlined by red. Brown string is attached around the back through a hole at either side. Artist name written on back.

The rattle has an oval-shaped cavity and a cylindrical handle with a flared butt end that has a groove cut into it that extends across the bottom and partway up the flared sides of the handle.
