Scarf. Garment is made of dark blue cotton with heavy embroidery on each end showing diamond shapes and triangles in colours of white, dark pink, blue, green and tan. Along edges of the embroidered portions are small pompoms in light tan, and a single tassel of red hangs from one corner.

Cotton shawl. Textile takes the shape of a vest, with a long front-piece open at centre, arm holes at shoulder, and long side slits from bottom. A stand-up collar is edged in red and heavily embroidered on the outside in light yellow-green and red. A grey braid edges the vest, and interior of garment is also light grey.

Embroidered cloth. Square cloth made of denim and edged in red and tan coloured cotton. The denim is embroidered with multi-point star designs in orange, dark red and white, with touches of green. Several tassels in similar colours hang from one corner of the cloth. Each tassel topped with a number of small plastic breads. An adjacent corner holds a similar long thin tassel.

Collar flap from back of women’s jacket. Front has a top panel of dark brown synthetic fibre, under which is sewn a panel decorated in light pink, yellow, blue, green and red in block-step patterning. Around the panels is an edging of faded pink silk. Back of panel is made of cotton fabric, striped white and blue. The edging shows the original bright pink colour. Panel has been removed from a larger garment and has black thread hanging along the open top edge.

Band, worn around the waist. A light blue rectangular panel with black stripes and backside hangs from the middle of a long band made of blue and bright pink fabric. Blue portion holds vibrant embroidery in Hmong style, showing squares that each hold a stepped pattern in orange, yellow and white.

Front has a top panel of dark brown synthetic fibre, under which is sewn a panel decorated in tan, blue, and green step patterning and includes tiny stitching. Around the panels is an edging of faded silk. Back of panel is made of synthetic fabric with pink and purple roses on a green background, with the silk edging showing the original bright pink colour. Flap has been removed from a larger garment and has black thread hanging loose along the top edge.

Embroidered bag. Fabric pouch is square, made of two cloth panels sewn together, one at middle and one that creates both end pieces and extends into a wide, looped handle. Body of bag is heavily embroidered with horizontal lines of colourful crosses interspersed with small triangles. Interior is lined with brown fabric.

Pants. Short garment is made of denim with an added panel between the legs to create a low crotch. Loose waistband is of black synthetic fabric. Legs are heavily embroidered with circle and star motifs in white and shades of pink.
