Coiled basketry table constructed from cedar splints and unidentified wood foundation. Coiled cedar root elements and watch-spring construction of table top. Rim of table is finished with loopwork. Imbricated triangular designs on table top in red and black cherry bark with cat-tail. Legs are nailed on to table top. An overcast ring has been attached to the legs as a support structure. This ring or support has broken.

Basketry AwlNd712

One end of the bone has eight nodules carved on the end. From this end, the bone has been carved along the length so that the bone narrows down to a dull point at the opposite end. Lengthwise on one side is a natural groove, 7 cm long, originating from the nodules. Lengthwise on the other side beginning 4.5 cm from the nodules the bone has roughly been broken away, exposing the inner cavity of the bone.

Rectangular basket with hinged lid and a handle that crosses from one hinge to the other side opposite the other hinge. Three leather loops go through front of basket and two strips of leather hand from outside of lid at front centre. The lid is domed. Decoration of walls and lid with red, white, and black cherry bark in a geometric pattern.

Round basket with inward curing walls and a lid that fits snugly into the opening. A handle goes across shoulders and is attached by two fibre loops through the shoulder; the lid is flat and has a central knob; the lid is attached by knotted cord that goes through lip and around the knob. Exterior walls are decorated with diamond designs of dyed cherry bark .

Imbrication in repeating zig-zag tri-coloured bands of dark cherry bark, cat-tail grass ?, and red cherry bark, that start at rim and down to bottom. The lid, part (b) has same imbricated pattern radiating out from spiraled center that has cherry bark and cat-tail grass.
