Fishing creel constructed of simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches) with a rounded base that tapers slightly at the front and angles upwards towards the back across a trapezoidal lid with a trapezoid-shaped hole in the centre. The basket has a parallel coiled base and watch-spring lid construction. Overcast edges. Partial imbrication on lid with five checkerboard shapes with cat-tail grass interiors and cherry bark exteriors. Sides have five similar shapes with cat-tail grass exterior, dark or red cherry bark with different middle colour (crabapple?). Red leather straps with a metal buckle attached at reverse with leather thongs attaching the lid to the base and acting as a closure.

Coiled work (bifurcated stitches); watch-spring base construction. Imbricated design of vertical intermittent bars (3-4 stitches long) of red and dark cherry bark.

Rectangular coiled work (bifurcated stitches), bottom has parallel slat construction. Fully imbricated with cat-tail grass (?) and pattern of cherry bark in "cluster of flies" (checkerboard stripes) design in black on upper half staggered with shapes in black on lower half.

Part (a) Oval coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with flanged lid, part (b). Fully imbricated in plain and coloured cat-tail grass (?). Two rows of short zig-zag shapes, in different combinations of green, red, blue, yellow, brown. Intervals of three stitch blue designs along rim. Lid is not imbricated, but outer rim and top of rim are beaded in green cat-tail grass (?), one row of faded blue cat-tail grass (?) runs around parallel rows of green and brown beaded grass.

Large coiled bowl (bifurcated stitches) with double loop border. Watch-spring coiled construction. Fully imbricatid in cat-tail grass (?) and design of stepped curve from rim to bottom center, alternating every two rows in dark and red cherry bark.

Circular basket with a flat bottom, gently flaring sides and scalloped decoration around the rim. Alternating red and black plant-like motifs around the sides and a single black letter M. Simple interlocking coiled work (bifurcated stitches); watch-spring base construction looped border (single strand). Partial imbrication.

Roughly rectangular basket with flaring sides and vertical geometric patterning in red, black and white. Simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches); parallel to watch-spring base construction; partially imbricated. Vertically striped design: series of four triangles (vertex down) in each stripe. Colour: tan.

Coiled work (bifurcated stitches), watch-spring construction. Imbricated design in dark cherry bark of crosses with ends traversed by short line.

Cylindrical, flared coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with single looped border, coiled handle attached with fibre, and foot. Watch-spring base construction. Imbricated pattern of three vertical 'arrow' shapes from rim to bottom of foot. Alternating outlines in red or dark cherry bark with reverse colour filled in also with cat-tail grass (?). Foot does not have cat-tail grass (?) in design.

Coiled work (bifurcated stitches) basket with double loop work border on rim. Watch-spring base construction. Imbricated design of three staggered rows of red cross shapes with cat-tail grass (?) centers.
