The animal figure on the left side of the man has a dark green upper body with a red, orange, brown, and black dotted lower body and a blue fish tail. The figure on the right side of the man has a light green upper body with an orange and dark green dotted lower body and an orange tail. Embossed stamp and syllabics in right hand lower corner. In the lower right corner, there is a small yellow image of a right pointing arrow emerging from a bulge pointing to pencilled syllabic. Pencil inscription across the bottom edge reads 'Lake Spirits Laughing at a Stranded Man 29/50 1976 Oonark Ukpatiku'. In the lower right corner there is a circular embossed mark. The print is on horizontally rectangular white paper.

Comparing Braids1749/3

Stonecut print of two people on hand-made paper. The front person has the body of a marine animal, possibly a seal. Each person has two long, flowing braids and are facing opposite directions. Paper is hinged onto thin mat board, which is attached to foam core. Also has unattached white front mat. Inscription on print below image. Syllabic characters in red and black are present on the corner of the print.

Printed image has seventeen black and white human faces and/or heads both looking away from each other and towards each other. One face in the centre is looking out and is surrounded by four pairs of profile faces at either side of a yellow 'box'.
