Tool has a relatively thick, curving handle, sliming toward the pointed head. Head has a wide, blunt, downward facing hook. Surface is undecorated. Centre of handle is darkened from use.
Cribbage game board. Object is carved in the shape of a fish, balancing on four peg legs, with a wide head and rounded snout, eyes set far apart on top of head. Down the back of the creature are bored four lines of small, evenly placed holes and among these are etched images of animals such as seals, walrus, fish, whales, and people fishing and driving a dog sled. The etchings have been darkened, with an ink or pigment, for visibility.

She wears a parka, primarily black in colour over a tan undershirt, and high boots tied at the knees. Her raised hood surrounds her face. The children also wear parkas and bright green pants, with hoods up, hiding their faces. Their mittened hands are outstretched to hold onto their mother. (Colours are faded.)

The fish are black at their mouths, transitioning to bright yellow through bodies and tails. Dense scaling is shown across their bodies.

The girl at front holds a yellow ball in a sling. The two chasing hold empty slings in mittened hands to the rear, with front hands held out in a grabbing position, each holding the mitten in her mouth.
