Stoneware scene consisting of four walruses swimming amongst large blocks of ice; base is an irregular rectangle. All walruses are in front half of the scene; all are dark grey with black snouts. They have small eyes, frowning mouths and dots imprinted across their snouts. The two walruses closest to the right side have two white tusks; others are tusk-less. Base is unglazed; ice and surrounding water done in white with grey-green undertones. Unsigned.

Stoneware figure of a bird with outstretched wings; two chicks huddled under each wing. Each bird has large carved circles on either side of their face, imitating eyes; beaks are coloured dark brown with rounded tips. All birds have rounded feet with incised lines along the bottom edges, imitating claws. Small tail protrudes from back centre of bird, with lines incised throughout, imitating feathers. Spirals and semi-circles incised along bottom edge on back of bird, imitating ends of feathers. Figure is hollow with an open base. Exterior decorated with speckled glaze; interior undecorated. Artist signature incised along bottom edge of interior.

Stoneware figure of a seal, lying on its stomach. Face consists of protruding circular eyes, snout with imprinted dots throughout, and an open frowning mouth; snout and eyes are painted black. Small foreflippers held against sides of rotund body, large hind flippers extend straight out from back; lines incised along edges of all, imitating digits. Rounded, cone-shaped tail protrudes from between hind flippers. Figure is hollow and base is unglazed; rest of seal is grey-blue with black speckles and highlights throughout. Artist initials incised on base; four holes poked into base above signature.

Black stone carving of male figure, leaning forward and doing a task. He has oval-shaped eyes, wide nose, incised eyebrows and frowning mouth. Man has an etched bushy moustache. Wavy lines incised into forehead, imitating wrinkles. Chin juts out. Wrapping covering sides and back of head carved in relief. He is wearing a parka, with the hood down, pants and tall boots. Line decorations incised into parka cuffs, and along fronts of boots. Man is holding a rectangular object, with triangular cutout along back, in his left hand. Right hand is not visible. Left foot is resting flat, right is partially raised. Figure is standing on an uneven triangular base. Artist signature and other inscriptions on base.

Parka style inner and outer coat set. Both are hooded with front centre openings, secured with zippers. Outer coat is made of light blue synthetic material, unlined. Inner coat made of white wool, lined with dark blue silk-like fabric. Two large pockets, with deeply curved openings, on either side of outer coat. Cuffs and bottom edge are trimmed with Delta Braids. Ribbon is light yellow, bordered with red along the top and brown along the bottom. Repeating pattern of green squares framing a dark purple rectangle throughout centre of yellow band. Repeating pattern of three birds embroidered along cuffs and bottom edge of inner coat. Standing pink and green birds face one another with a purple bird in between, facing forward. Wings and legs are highlighted dark green, red and light green. On the chest, on either side of the centre opening, are standing red birds with dark yellow highlights, facing one another. Cuffs, bottom edge and hood of inner coat are trimmed with white fox fur. Manufacturer's mark stamped to exterior of the inner coat's hood.

Summer Parka3499/1

Summer weight amauti style parka. Made of white cotton with yarn decorations. Thick red and blue, braided tassel, pinned to form scallops, hangs below neck opening. Large red panel covers torso. Decorated with two vertical rectangles, filled with “X” shapes. Motifs done in yellow, white, light blue, and black sparkly ribbons. Green and yellow fringe hangs from bottom edge. Top and bottom edges of sleeves are bordered with embroidered bands. Decorated with multi-coloured “X” and “O” shapes, and geometric motifs. Band along top is dark red, bottom band is white. Extending down from the top band, covering the upper arm, are long strands of multi-coloured fringe. Parka has flaps along the front and back bottom edges; the back one longer than the front. Both are trimmed with bands made up of dark blue, light blue and green diagonal lines. White fringe hangs from edges of both flaps. The hood is decorated with pink, red and blue fringe along the edges. Fringe extends from a multi-coloured embroidered band, made up of linear and geometric motifs. Edges of hood opening are trimmed with dark green bands with birds and floral motifs embroidered across them. Pouch, accessible from interior, bulges out from the back of the parka. Two bunches of multi-coloured fringe hang from bottom edge. Parka is unlined.

Mat3528/40

Sealskin mat with ookpik design. Round fur mat is divided into 8 pie-shaped sections in alternating dark brown and light brown fur. Each triangle has an ookpik shape sewn into it in the opposite colour fur (4 light brown sewn into dark brown, 4 dark brown birds in light brown fur). Each ookpik has felt eyes of black and yellow circles, a beige felt triangular nose, and 3-toed felt feet attached. There is a small sinew loop at the top for hanging.

Carved tupilaq (tupilak). Standing figure holding another head or mask in its hands. Main figure has a cone-shaped head with large teeth, including canines, in its open mouth, black inlaid eyes and large round nostrils. The mask face has black inlaid eyes, round nostrils and an open mouth showing only ten flat teeth, and small pointed ears.
