Most striking creases radiating out from four white medallions with yellow brown spokes, two continuing past paper's edge. Batik design. White is streaked and bleeding out into yellow brown.

The notches form a back cross with a white dot at centre. Each flower is surrounded by a 6 sided box in light white/brown interlocking with adjacent boxes. All on a black ground.

White/brown inside with same horizontally crinkled texture. Folds with 3 half flaps at top, bottom, and left with a cover flap opening left to right. Corner of one flap is creased.

The blooms consist of numerous small and larger comma-like petals expanding out from centre.
