Grey and white haori (羽織) or jacket/overcoat with wide sleeve panels and a centre opening. The front panels hang down past the sleeve panels. The fabric has a pattern of small white branches separated by wavy vertical lines on a grey ground. There are large white circle family crests or kamon (家紋) representing snow known as yuki (雪) on either side of the centre opening, the back of each sleeve and the centre back. The inside is unlined.
Blue hanten (袢纏, also written as 半天, 袢天, 半纏) with dyed designs. The designs feature a floral and a double circle motif in white on a blue ground. There is a wide green velvet band around the neck and partway down the centre opening. The tapered sleeves have a zigzag and dot pattern in brown on a white ground. The upper inside is lined with blue fabric.
Blue panel vest. The panels are woven from predominantly blue fabric with white and gray pieces. The vest is made of four woven panels, stitched together at the back, sides and top. An opening is left between the upper panel sides for the arms. The front is left open. The edges are edged with dark blue fabric. The inside upper back is made wider by a dark blue fabric square, decorated with white stitching in a zigzag motif.

Painted wooden votive plaque known as ema (絵馬) depicting a man praying next to a shrine. The back is marked in pencil “Kamakura Inari”.

Two bowls (parts a and b) and two smaller lacquer dishes (parts c and d), each red inside and black on the outside. Each piece is one size smaller than the largest bowl to fit inside each other. Parts a and b each have a label on the underside of the base that say Made in Japan.

There is a wide patterned band around the neck and down the centre opening. The sleeves are slightly tapered with an opening under the arm. On the inside lower back, there is a large blue square sewn down on three sides. The rest of the inside is unlined.
Black hikeshi banten (火消し半纏) or firefighter’s coat or jacket, a type of hanten with red and white designs. There is a wide black band around the neck and down the centre opening. On the centre opening band are white Japanese characters. Across the upper front and back of the sleeves is a red band. Across the lower front and back are two white bands. In the centre back is a character within a circle in white. The upper inside is lined with blue fabric and the rest is unlined.
Shirushi banten (印半纏), a type of hanten also known as happi (法被, 半被) or coat with a black pattern. The pattern consists of dark geometric designs and large lozenge shapes. There is a wide black band around the neck and partway down the centre opening. On the centre opening band are white Japanese characters. The upper back has 'K.T' inside a lozenge shape in red. The upper inside is lined with blue fabric and the rest is unlined.
