Eyes, tear tracks and mouth are incised, nose and ears done in high relief. Eyebrows, eyes and tear marks are burned into wood. Back and sides of head are burned, imitating hair. Incised lines along his hands and feet, imitating fingers and toes. Incisions on feet are burned. Male is wearing a loincloth made of skin. The snake protrudes straight from the side of the wooden block, its head facing up. Mouth is incised, eyes carved in low relief. Scales and ridges incised burned across back and belly. Sticker on base.

Cup carved in an hourglass-like shape. Bowl has an oval-shaped opening, with the walls sloping outward gently. At midpoint, bowl tapers sharply to base. Base is sloped with a tall foot. Entire cup is decorated with incised burned floral and geometric motifs. Rim is burned black; base is decorated with four, equally spaced, triangles. Extending upward from the triangles, onto the bowl, are three trees and a cactus. The tips of the trees reach the cup rim. Bottom is undecorated.
